Shipping Rates for US
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate $6.95 for domestic shipping.
Orders above $100 is free for domestic shipping
Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Special Location Exceptions
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day to deliver.
- Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Victorialand Beauty is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Victorialand Beauty assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Victorialand Beauty allows 30 day returns for all products. Please email info@victorialandbeauty.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping.
Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in its original packaging.
